# Apartments

Apartments are the core production NFTs in Kashed.

Every Apartment comes **pre-equipped with a Printer racks and Printers**. Players do not need to separately acquire or install a Printer.

There are **five Apartment tiers**, with each tier providing a predefined base Printer production power.

Higher-tier Apartments provide greater base production power and higher probabilities of Printer malfunctions that can result in stock production.
